Two Richard Neutra Homes Go Up For Sale, Offers A Rare Chance To Own A Piece Of History (PHOTOS)

Many design lovers would argue that Richard Neutra was one of the most influential architects of the modernist era. So, you can imagine how thrilled we were to find out that two of his gorgeous homes are for sale.

According to Redfin, one of the estates, located in Los Angeles, CA, is listed for $6,995,000. It was designed for NBC radio producer John Nesbitt in 1942. The 3,443-square-foot house has three bedrooms and four and a half baths. The stunning property also has a staggering seven water features.

And if you're looking for something on the East Coast, there's also a home for sale in Gulph Mills, PA. This particular oasis was featured on the cover of TIME magazine, according to the listing. What's even more interesting about this home is that Neutra didn't just design the structure, but also the beds, chests and counters.
