Elijah Hood, Notre Dame Football Commit, Flushes Alabama Recruiting Letters Down Toilet (VIDEO)

WATCH: Alabama Won't Be Happy About This

Notre Dame commit Elijah Hood has already played his first bowl game for the Fighting Irish. Only this bowl was porcelain.

Hood, a Charlotte, N.C., high school football star, posted a Vine on Twitter that showed him flushing Alabama recruiting letters down the toilet. "Roll toilet," he said, mocking the Alabama cheer of "Roll Tide."

Hood deleted the video and issued an apology Wednesday on Twitter (see below), but his potty humor was preserved on YouTube (watch above).

Notre Dame fortunately does not have Alabama on its schedule for the foreseeable future. Even as a light prank, Hood's Vine still may not go down so easy with 'Bama Coach Nick Saban and his players.

Did Hood, a senior running back next season at Charlotte Catholic High School, see what Alabama did to Notre Dame in last year's championship game?

HOOD'S APOLOGY TWEETS:

Alright Guys My Highschool Coach Called Gotta Take Roll Toilet down and apologize formally to Nick Saban, Alabama, and Norte Dame hahaha

In regards to my post yesterday, it was wrong and very disrespectful to Alabama. My attempt at humor was immature, and wrong I'm sorry.
