Khloe Kardashian-Odom Talks About Leaving 'The X Factor' (VIDEO)

Khloe Kardashian-Odom On Leaving 'The X Factor'

On "The Tonight Show," Khloe Kardashian-Odom confirmed that she will not be returning to host "The X Factor" next season, but she has no hard feelings about it. She admitted that she was a little over her head with her first hosting experience.

“I’ve never hosted anything in my life," she said. "So, to go from nothing to being thrown into live TV, it was really hard.”

She went on to say that it was "pretty annoying" that people were counting down seconds constantly in her ear while she was talking.

According to Kardashian-Odom, she hasn't heard from Simon Cowell. The decision was made through "agents." Nevertheless, she felt that her time on the show was a "great experience." Next season, her co-host Mario Lopez will be flying solo.

And she's not the only one leaving. Judges Britney Spears and L.A. Reid left as well. They're being replaced by Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio. Kardashian-Odom's fans don't have to worry about missing her, though, as she's still a major part of the E! Kardashian empire. Season 8 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" just kicked off on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on E!
