Bruce Jenner has certainly been an active participant in the lives of his family on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," but that hasn't always been the case with his other kids. This season, his sons, Brandon and Brody, have become much more present in front of the cameras, and they've brought some of their history with Bruce into the forefront.
One issue that came up was the fact that Brody doesn't call Bruce "Dad." His reason is because he feels Bruce hasn't earned the name, as he wasn't around for his son as a father after his messy divorce from Brody's mom. "I can’t even tell you how many birthdays that went by where Bruce wasn’t there," Broday said. "And I resent him for that.”
When Brody and Bruce sat down to talk about their issues, Bruce took full responsibility for the mistakes of his past, saying it was the biggest regret of his life. "Regardless of what happened in the past, I want to have a relationship with my son," he said. "And the bottom line is, I have to take the responsibility.”
Zap2It found Brody's allegation interesting, especially considering Bruce recently made headlines for saying Kanye West hasn't been around much during Kim Kardashian's pregnancy. The Stir couldn't believe the revelation about Bruce, writing, "That's pretty bad. I'm glad to see they're going to work on things now, but it certainly puts a dent in that fantastic father image I had of Bruce for sure.”
