She Hasn't Missed A Day Of School In 14 Years (VIDEO)

High school senior Victoria Wheeler has achieved an incredible feat: Since her very first day of kindergarten, the Rockingham County, N.C. teen has not missed a single day of school.

Though it's an honor she shares with two other students in her district -- who graduated after 13 and 12 years without an absence, respectively -- Wheeler's record is the longest streak the district has ever seen. According to WXII 12 News, Wheeler's 14 years amounts to an impressive 2,520 days.

Not only will Wheeler be graduating with a perfect attendance record, but according to Fox News 8, the teen was enrolled in a special, challenging five-year program where students receive college credit in addition to their high school diplomas. Some even earned an Associate’s Degree.

Watch the video above to hear Wheeler talk about what school means to her.

Apparently, the 19-year-old would go straight from school to her job at Burger King in the afternoon, starting her homework at 10 p.m. every night.

"You just have to be what you want to be, and that's what I wanted to do," she said. "I wanted to go to school because it was an outlet for me."

After graduation, Wheeler plans to join the Air Force.

Believe it or not, Wheeler and her district-mates' accomplishments are not entirely unprecedented this year. Two other teens -- Keenan Herring from North Carolina and Gennesaret Sealy from Alabama -- have also graduated with exceptional attendance records.

“I never liked staying home,” Herring told WRAL.com. “I figured if my friends and everybody else went to school, why not me? I could at least socialize with them and learn a couple of things instead of staying home and having to do chores all day.”

Sealy, who graduated in 2012, credited her mother for motivating her to go to school every day.

"She would say you can't learn if you're not in school," Gennesaret said.
