Flavor Flav’s chances of being a restaurant entrepreneur may soon be "fried" as his Sterling Heights, Mich. restaurant, Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs, is reportedly facing an eviction lawsuit.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the restaurant’s landlord is accusing the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer of being late on making his $3,500 monthly payments since September 2012, and not paying at all since November, a month before its grand opening.

Although the property owner is now asking for $25,000 in damages and claims that he warned Flav about the issue in January, the 54-year-old told the site that he was unaware of the delinquencies and insists on resolving the matter “ASAP!”

In addition to his Chicken & Ribs troubles, Flavor Flav is also awaiting his forthcoming September 30 trial facing felony assault with a weapon and child endangerment charges.
