MIAMI-DADE, FL -- A burglar in West Kendall was just warming up to his next crime when he entered an unlocked SUV one night and lit the interior on fire.
Stranger yet, he used a bible the owner's mother had left in the vehicle to stoke the flames, according to Local 10.
Perhaps the burglar was inspired by Luke 12:49 "I have come to set fire to the earth! And how I wish it were already kindled"?
Whatever the reason, the suspect then causally wandered to a car parked nearby, also unlocked, and stole it.
