Robbie Rogers, Gay Soccer Star, Discusses Gay Marriage, Boy Scouts And More With MTV ACT (VIDEO)

EXCLUSIVE: Watch Gay Soccer Star Robbie Rogers Speaks Out

Gay soccer star Robbie Rogers paid a visit to the LA Gay and Lesbian Center, where he met with gay youth (some who are out athletes themselves) and spoke about topical issues such as gay marriage, the Boy Scouts, and gay athletes in the major leagues.

Robbie Rogers made headlines earlier this year when he came out, thus becoming the first openly gay major league soccer player. He briefly retired from the sport, but then returned to the sport to play for the LA Galaxy.

The interview from the LA Gay and Lesbian Center will air tomorrow, June 19, at 9am ET on MTV ACT, but right now you can watch an exclusive clip above in which Rogers talks about his confusion over the Boy Scouts' resistance to gay members.
