The owner of downtown Fairfax shop Culture Shock has been accused of giving cookies laced with cannabis to an art teacher and multiple students, according to a Marinscope Newspapers report.
The teacher and one student were hospitalized on June 12, hours after eating the baked goods that contained a form of concentrated cannabis.
