"The Good Wife" has added Zach Grenier as a series regular.
Grenier has played David Lee, the head of Lockhart/Gardner's family law practice, since Season 1 of the CBS drama.
CBS Television Studios tweeted news of the promotion.
"The Good Wife" ended Season 4 with a major twist: Alicia (Julianna Margulies) decided to leave Lockhart/Gardner with Cary (Matt Czuchry) and start their own rival law firm.
Though Will (Josh Charles) and Diane (Christine Baranski) have lost two very important members of the firm, at least they still have David on their side.
