Cassie, Cook and Effy are back, and things are only getting more dramatic in the final season of "Skins," which is broken into three parts.
Cassie (Hannah Murray) is feeling invisible and lonely in London in "Skins Pure," while Cook (Jack O'Connell) is spending his days delivering drugs to Manchester Revellers in "Skins Rise." Meanwhile, in "Skins Fire," Effy (Kaya Scodelario) is working as a receptionist for a leading London Hedge Fund, which seems like a dead-end job until she discovers some shocking financial information and starts having an affair with her boss (because she's Effy).
In the trailer above, for part one of "Skins" final season, "Skins Fire, Effy is living with her fellow Roundview College alumna Naomi (Lily Loveless), who's trying to make sure she doesn't destroy her life. The Effy-centric installment will also see the return of Emily (Kat Prescott), who had a sweet, but at times, tumultuous relationship with Naomi in Seasons 3 and 4.
"The new series will be a celebration of this truly iconic series," E4 promised last year, according to Digital Spy. "'Skins' is a brilliant show which has defined a generation and will go down as a game-changing piece of television,"
Season 7 of "Skins" premieres on Mon., July 1 on E4.
