With weeks until the release of Jay-Z's next album, the 43-year-old rapper sent fans on a scavenger hunt to publicize details on the upcoming project.
Born Shawn Carter, Jay-Z organized a scavenger hunt in Brooklyn this weekend to unveil the song titles on his "Magna Carter Holy Grail" album. Jay-Z's publicist Jana Fleishman took to Twitter to post photos of locations in New York City where fans could find black binders that contained the album's tracklist.
Jay-Z first announced the release of his "Magna Carter Holy Grail" album last week in a Samsung spot. "It's this duality of how do you navigate your way through this whole this whole thing... through success, through failures, through all of this, and remain yourself," Jay-Z said of the project.
"Magna Carta Holy Grail," which is due out July 4, is made up of 13 songs and two bonus tracks. Check out the full tracklisting below.
