World's Most Expensive Bed By Savoir Is Literally Fit For A Queen (VIDEO)

Well, we imagine it would be expensive since it takes 700 hours to make.

In honor of Queen Elizabeth's 60th coronation anniversary, the mattress company Savoir is making sixty editions of the world's most expensive bed -- and each one is literally fit for a queen.

In the video above, Alistair Hughes, the managing director of Savoir (the "The Royal State Bed's" creator,) explains that each bed typically takes seven hundred hours of work and is designed to fit each client's specifications. He also mentions that the crests are hand-crafted by the Royal School of Needlework -- the team responsible for Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

"We didn't want you to feel the bed," explains Hughes, "we wanted you to feel like you're floating on a cloud." With a price tag of $175,000 we certainly won't get to test it out.
