Jessie J's Isle of MTV Show Interrupted As Singer Stops Fight In The Crowd

Jessie J, Crime Fighter

Jessie J took a stand a recent show, stopping her performance to enforce a little crowd control.

The 25-year-old singer was performing at Isle of MTV in Malta, when things took a turn for the dramatic. Jessie was in the middle of singing her 2011 track "Rainbow," when she told her band to stop the music.

Walking to the front of the stage, Jessie addressed the crowd and tried to catch the attention of a group of fans, saying "You guys in the front!" When the crowd erupted in cheers, Jessie yelled, "One second, one second, I need them to hear me."

"See I don't perform when people are fighting," she told the disruptive fans. "Here's the deal, right? Music is about bringing people together, okay? You don't need the angriness in your lives. So kiss and make up and let's party."

Jessie then tried to speak directly to those that were fighting, saying, "Look at me, come on, look at me. Are we good? Sort it out, bro." Take a look at the video above.

Lest her fans miss a minute of "Rainbow," Jessie launched into a performance of the song from the beginning once the drama was dealt with.
