Billy Buckley, Naked Motorcyclist, Rides 20 Minutes In The Nude On A Bet, Police Say (VIDEO)

For an 18-year-old who police say rode a motorcycle naked for 20 minutes on a $50 bet, Billy Buckley was decent when he was arrested in Chickasha, Okla., Sunday.

"The fact that he was holding his boot over his business tells me that he was at least a little modest," Police Major Elip Moore told The Huffington Post on Thursday.

Buckley became Chickasha's first nude motorcyclist, at least according to Moore.

The man journeyed in his birthday suit plus boot from Chickasha Lake to Chickasha and was probably flanked by cars driven by friends to help him complete the dare, Moore said. But they still couldn't cover up this horse-powered Laddie Godiva. Moore figures police got at least three phone calls.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it's not OK to ride in the buff in Oklahoma, and he was booked on outraging public decency.

Police said he originally said his clothes were taken, but he eventually fessed up to the wager, KFOR reported.

Good thing he didn't have an accident. "If he hit the ground," Moore said to HuffPost, "that would have been an instant meat grinder."
