Just one day after a cycling team bus crashed into a banner hanging over the finish line at Corsica, a dog nearly caused a massive pileup during the second stage on Sunday.
A small white dog was spotted running across the road only seconds before several riders rounded the corner. A man took a few steps onto the street and tried to save the dog, but didn't have enough time. Fortunately, the man and the dog were able to get out of the way just in time and were unharmed.
