Snoop Lion's 'Torn Apart' Video With Rita Ora Debuts As Latest Off Of 'Reincarnated'

Snoop Lion Cozies Up To Rita Ora

The artist formerly known as Snoop Dogg has released a new music video, teaming up with British singer Rita Ora for the single "Torn Apart."

The reborn reggae musician Snoop Lion worked with Ora on "Torn Apart," the latest single off of his last album, "Reincarnation. The video begins with Snoop and Ora cozying up at a bar, shot in a Instagram-esque vintage filter. The clip quickly changes to color footage of the duo on a tropical beach. Released in April, "Reincarnated" marked a departure for Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr. from his days of Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion. The album, which focused on a reggae sound rather than Snoop's traditional rap vibe, was not one of his most commercially successful. "Reincarnated" peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200, following his earlier work which counted three No. 1 albums, one No. 2 album, and one No. 3 album.

Snoop recently collaborated with electronic artist Robyn for her song "U Should Know Better" and recorded a rap song as Snoop Dogg called "Let the Bass Go" for the upcoming animated movie "Turbo."
