Adam Levine Sells Hollywood Hills House (PHOTOS)

Adam Levine Is SO Over Hollywood

Tenants calling about faucet leaks and runny toilets: Who needs it, right? Certainly not Maroon 5 frontman and "The Voice" coach Adam Levine.

He just sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3.55 million in an off-market deal. He bought the Mid-Century style house in 2005 for $3.195 million and has been leasing it out for a reported $10,000 a month. Truth is, he's been trying to unload the place since at least last fall, agents say.

The four-bedroom home sits on a half-acre lot and has a separate guest unit. There is a home theater, gym and walls of glass that open to the swimming pool, spa and outdoor fireplace.

Levine is the lead singer and guitarist for the Grammy-winning Maroon 5 and has been a coach on "The Voice" since 2011; he's been described as the show's breakout star. He's been living in a Beverly Crest home that he picked up last year for $4.83 million.
