Authorities say a fire that ravaged a Miami University fraternity house in Oxford, Ohio, was likely arson, and they're offering a reward for anyone with information, WCPO reports.

No one was injured in the May 25 blaze at the Phi Gamma Delta, or FIJI, fraternity house, largely due to the fact that the spring semester had already concluded. Authorities were called to the scene just after midnight, WHIO-TV reported. The fire caused significant damage to the century-old home, destroying the roof, according to the Dayton Daily News.

FIJI plans to demolish and rebuild the home, WLWT News 5 reported. The group hopes to have students living in the house by the fall 2015 semester, a founding fraternity member who now lives in Oxford told the Miami Student.

The state fire marshal's office did not say why it believes the fire was arson, the Associated Press reports.

A $5,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
