Lisa Rinna is like the Angelina Jolie of soap operas. Not only has she starred in the biggest soaps to date (think "Days of our Lives" and "Melrose Place"), but she was also the host of "Soap Talk" for five years.
Though Rinna is mostly known for the dramatic roles she takes on the small screen, she also has quite the sense of style. Never one to shy away from hot trends (she's tried overalls, crop tops, head-to-toe Tommy Hilfiger and the like), the Oregon native always keeps the fashion police on their toes, week after week. In the past few years, she has taken a step away from feathered bangs and mom jeans and moved towards tighter dresses, higher heels and, um, bigger lips (yes, Lisa, we noticed those).
