Val Kilmer's Twitter Photo Of Mark Twain Costume Is Uncanny (PHOTO)

GUESS WHO

Doc Holliday, Jim Morrison, Bruce Wayne and now ... Mark Twain!

Actor Val Kilmer reprises his twist on the famed storyteller in "Citizen Twain," back at the Kirk Douglas Theatre for a limited five-week run through July 28.

Kilmer tweeted a picture of himself in his beloved Twain getup three days ago:

The one-man play, written by Kilmer, combines the actor's wit with the raconteur's savvy skill -- all in the context of requests from God, divine interventions and a sermon on love.

In typical Kilmer fashion, the actor goes the extra mile following his performance. He hosts an open discussion with the audience as his makeup is removed onstage. Select "Citizen Twain" tickets also include a backstage meet-and-greet.

Last spring, the show was workshopped to several venues including the Wyly Theatre in Dallas and the Valley Performing Arts Center in Northridge, Calif.

Kilmer is no stranger to the stage. He debuted on Broadway back in the 1983 production of "Slab Boys." Before "Citizen Twain," he starred in Andrew Rattenbury's "The Postman Always Rings Twice."
