Sex during pregnancy is often mysterious terrain for both moms- and dads-to-be. In a recent HuffPost Live segment, Caitlyn Becker got answers from experts to common questions about it.
Dr. Lauren Streicher, an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University, addressed what happens when a pregnant woman has an orgasm. "Does [it make] the baby feel good too?" a viewer asked. And Streicher also spoke to a commenter's concern about whether babies can get "poked" by a penis -- even "the super duper, biggest, largest, most enormous penis in the entire world" -- during intercourse.
