Someone Snagged The 'Grumpy Old Men' Home And Gets To Own A Piece Of Movie History (PHOTOS)

It's only the place where one of our favorite grumpy old men lived.

Some lucky person just snagged a piece of movie set history. The house from "Grumpy Old Men," which went on sale in June, currently has a sale pending.

According to Zillow, the Saint Paul, Minn. home's exterior was used as John Gustafson's (Jack Lemmon's character) house in the 1993 comedy. And in addition to living in a place with some Hollywood clout, the new owner will enjoy two bedrooms and one bath. The real estate blog points out that the owners can go ice fishing just like just like John and his pal Max Goldman in Lake Phalen, which is visible from the home's yard.

Scroll through the photos to see this home, and be sure to head over to Zillow for more information.
