Mitt Romney tweeted Tuesday that he and wife Ann welcomed a new grandchild on Monday. The former Republican presidential hopeful tweeted a photo of the baby, born to Romney's son Josh and his wife Jen:

This is Romney's 22nd grandchild. The last grandchildren Romney welcomed were twins Winston and Eleanor, lovingly referred to by Romney as "darling little infants."
