So we're not recessing our phones into cabinets -- or owning landlines at all, in many cases.
But this vintage Bell Telephone ad got a few things right about the future: That we dial from our handset and enjoy the convenience of hands-free communication. Occasionally, when in the company of a landline, we still use buttons to dial.
