The 'Breaking Bad' Video From Comic-Con Is Awesome

Remember hearing about the "Breaking Bad" retrospective video that wowed critics and fans at Comic-Con and TCAs? AMC has released the "Breaking Bad" countdown mashup online, and it is as awesome as advertised.

The video retraces Walter White's journey from meek high school chemistry teacher to ruthless meth kingpin, all in less than three minutes. Or, as "Breaking Bad" creator Vince Gilligan has so often put it, his transformation "from Mr. Chips into Scarface."

For "Breaking Bad" fans, it's an action-packed refresher course in everything that's happened on the show so far, from Walter's cancer diagnosis and his partnership with Jesse Pinkman to battles with various drugdealers and all kinds of family turmoil along the way.

"Breaking Bad" really knows how to put out an awesome promo. Earlier Tuesday, a "Breaking Bad" teaser featuring Walter White reading Percy Bysshe Shelley's "Ozymandias" took the Internet by storm.

The final season of "Breaking Bad" returns Sunday, August 11 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
