Jo Frost Shares Her Best Advice For Divorced Parents

WATCH: 'Suppernanny' Shares Best Divorce Advice

Jo Frost has helped parents deal with family problems on shows like "Family S.O.S" and "Supernanny", but now she's helping viewers with their issues as well.

In a recent "Ask Jo" segment on TLC.com, Frost tackles one viewer's question about co-parenting. The viewer asks what she can do about her children's bad behavior after they return home from a weekend at their father's house.

"You can only do what you can do, get it?," she said. "You can't control how they behave when they're with their father, but you can correct the behavior when they come home, if it's negative."

Additionally, Frost advised the parent to focus on instilling her own family values in her children during the time she has with them.

"You have your own family values and making sure you teach your children those will be important for all your family," she said.
