For anyone hoping to shed a few pounds or lose a few inches off their waistline, there is no shortage of options out there for getting in shape. And whether they champion the tried and true or the more bizarre options, all the experts agree that weight loss really comes down to a very simple formula -- you need to burn off more calories that you take in.
