Bon Appetit has announced its 50 best new restaurant nominees for 2013. Andrew Knowlton, the magazine's restaurant and drinks Editor, traveled across the country to discover the most trendsetting new restaurants in America.
On August 14, these 50 nominees will be whittled down to 10, when Bon Appetit announces the second annual Hot 10 and the Best New Restaurant in America.
