Stars are taking advantage of the last few weeks of summer by dressing their lips in warm shades of pink and coral and dying their strands sun-kissed colors. Keri Russell made us want to copy her gorgeous ombré waves, and Rachel McAdams stepped it up with a vibrant hair color and lipstick.
Lisa D'Amato and Ashlee Simpson both made stumbles with an intense hair accessory and overdone tresses, respectively. Ladies, the next time, remember less is more!

BEST: Rachel McAdams
McAdams is the queen of amazing hair color, and this copper shade radiates against her milky complexion. Her pink-stained lips and shimmering eye makeup amp up an already stellar look.
WORST: Ashlee Simpson
Wow! That hair has enough volume to last weeks. Simpson should have toned it down with both her locks and smudged eyeliner.
BEST: Jodie Foster
We love the "Elysium" star's wavy cropped cut and soft makeup. But the best part about her look is how perfectly her eyes match her blue dress.
WORST: Lisa D'Amato
The "America's Next Top Model" star made waves with this belly-baring maternity look, but her beauty look also left us scratching our heads. That bow headband is gigantic and clashes with her chandelier earrings.
BEST: Keri Russell
Russell's side-swept hair and flawless winged liner took our breath away. She looks both refined and sexy -- a hard feat to accomplish.
WORST: Nicky Hilton
On the other hand, Hilton's dramatic look went too far. We can totally tell she's wearing false eyelashes. Next time, we suggest trying individual falsies and laying off the bronzer.
BEST: Priyanka Chopra
Va-va-voom! Chopra looks like a retro beauty with her perfectly coiffed waves and matte red lips. Simply stunning.
WORST: Bonnie Somerville
We love a good set of bangs, but not when they're blocking a beautiful woman's eyes! Somerville needs a trim, ASAP.
BEST: Rachel Roy
Roy's jet black strands are shiny and sexy. Her well-groomed brows, kohl-rimmed eyes and rose-colored lipstick add the perfect finishing touches.
WORST: Melanie Brown
Whoa! Brown is sporting a serious tan here. Her chestnut hair color and fuchsia lipstick amplifies it, and not in a good way.
BEST: Amber Heard
We love Heard's ethereal makeup. Her eyeliner and mascara are done to a T, and the simple gold accents make her green eyes pop.
