Bethenny Frankel was all smiles Tuesday when she was spotted taking a dip in the Florida ocean.
Frankel looked incredible in a teeny red bikini as she splashed in the waves and lounged in the sun on a beach in Miami. The 42-year-old got some R&R in the midst of promotions for her upcoming daily syndicated talk show, "Bethenny," which premieres Sept. 9.
In March, she told the New York Daily News she doesn't belong to a gym, but does workout DVDs at home so she can spend time with daughter Bryn. She also hates diets.
"That is why I wrote 'Naturally Thin,' because I wanted to get rid of that obsessiveness, that noise and belief that on Tuesday some diet book is going to tell you to have an egg white omelet," she said. "If you want cake on a Tuesday morning, you should have cake and then have a salad for lunch ... If you really want something, you should have it."
The SkinnyGirl mogul might know her way around the kitchen, but hosting her very own daytime show is something new. So, she got some advice from TV veteran Ellen DeGeneres.
"(Ellen) said, 'Don't buy into how much people love you, and don’t buy into how much people hate you,'" Frankel said earlier this month, per The Hollywood Reporter. "I just thought that was so interesting because ... you get so caught up in what you're hearing. You know, 'Oh they love me, we're great.' And most people don't even know who I am."
