'Mud Lovin' Rednecks' Premiere: Mud Bog Wedding A Filthy Delight (VIDEO)

Attend A Mud Bog Wedding On 'Mud Lovin' Rednecks' Premiere

Reality television continues to explore the "redneck" culture, with Animal Planet jumping on board with "Mud Lovin' Rednecks." Despite being on Animal Planet, the only animal this show is about is man and woman ... and their shared love of mud.

It's the story of a group of friends in Alabama who launch a "mud bog" business called Mountain Creek Mud Bog. In certain rural parts of the country, a great deal of fun can be had in mud bogs. But one thing they might not have expected to have to put together as a part of their new business venture was a wedding plan.

One couple wanted to spend their wedding day enjoying all the kinds of fun that can be had in a mud bog. And they didn't even bother to change clothes after saying, "I do." In fact, it was part of the "ceremony" to completely cover the bride's white dress in mud.

“Now look at me! You can barely see the white," said the bride, Nikki, with pride.

“Beautiful," beamed her cowboy husband.

The reception was held at the bog, too, featuring activities like human bowling and tug-of-war. It was as much good, clean fun as you could have while completely covered in mud!

Come back for more fun with those "Mud Lovin' Rednecks" every Monday at 8 p.m. ET on Animal Planet.
