Celebrity fashion stylist Joey Tierney is the first to agree that there's a strong correlation between what's hot in clothes and in interiors. "The right textile can be worn as fabric on a cute summer dress or a decorative throw pillow in your kitchen nook," she told us. And with an interior decorator as a husband, you better believe that this style-savvy duo's Sherman Oaks, California home is fashion-forward.
Tierney, who began her career touring with Britney Spears for her "Oops I Did it Again" tour, has styled many leading ladies and gents including Jaime Pressly, Kristen Bell, Natasha Bedingfield, Billy Bob Thorton, Andy Garcia, Viggo Mortinson and Seth Green. And her fashion choices are similar to how she decorates: "I am typically not one to over-accessorize." She's constantly editing and clearing out (except when it comes to her collection of animal statues).
We love her office with chic leather poufs, a grouping of cool glass pendants and an eye-catching gallery wall, which is a collection of portraits of clients, red carpet moments, and press clippings of her successes. But Tierney's favorite space, clearly, is the dressing room. "I love any room that has shoes on display," she said, and we can spot those Louboutins a mile away.
