Glenn Greenwald is usually in the public eye breaking stories about the NSA's secret domestic spying activities, taking on the Obama administration and scrutinizing media coverage of the government's activities.
It's all pretty serious business. But the Guardian journalist isn't jetting out to meet sources or speaking on television in a suit and tie all the time.Journalist Jeremy Scahill tweeted Tuesday, "[Just] returned from spending 2 weeks with @ggreenwald, David Miranda, 10 dogs, a cat & some interesting documents in Rio," and shared this photo from the trip:

One Twitter follower noted one of the dogs chewing up a pillow, writing, "Follow the cotton trail and you'll find the culprit behind the pillow slaying." Greenwald responded, "The guilty party usually has cotton remnants on the tongue and lips - as good as a confession."
