Home In Sweden Is Bright, Charming And Full Of Wildlife (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Where You Can Truly Unplug From Life

When we first saw this tiny home in Sweden, we were completely charmed by its bright red exterior, quaint little porch and the beautiful surroundings. But we had no idea that inside, this nearly 1,000-square-foot abode would have some impressive design aspects.

Owned by Susanna and Dan Sehtfors Holmquist, this country home wasn't always a picture of perfection. When the couple first saw the house, it was completely rundown and in need of some serious renovations. But the duo were drawn to the property's good bones and the closeness to nature. With a little reworking, they were able to bring the pint-size house back to (a stunning) life. We particularly love the kitchen's sleek and modern look. The living room also has a clean and airy vibe, but the textured rug and dark couch make this room anything but cold.

But this small family's favorite aspect is the wildlife. "I usually scout for wildlife when I do the dishes, we have seen mink, deer, deer, lynx and of course lots of wild boar," Susanna told Lantliv.

Scroll through our photos to see this quaint little home, and be sure to head over to Lantliv for more information.

Correction: Due to a translation mistake, we misstated the house's area in square feet, rather than meters. We regret this error.
