Although Adrian Peterson got off to a fast start, Reggie Bush got the last laugh. With Detroit clinging to a 20-17 lead in the third quarter, quarterback Matthew Stafford found Bush with a short screen pass. Bush did the rest, running past every Vikings defender for a 77-yard touchdown.
Bush finished with 90 rushing yards on 21 carries to go along with his four catches and 101 receiving yards as the Lions went on to win, 34-24. That should make his fantasy football owners happy.
