Tuesday marks the day for New York City's mayoral primary, when registered Democrats and Republicans will cast their ballot along party lines to choose which candidates will face off in the general election.

Where does one go about doing this? While polling places will be open all over the city, it's crucial to remember you're only able to vote at your designated site. These three methods will help you locate that special place:

  • If you prefer phone, dial 1-866-VOTE-NYC.
  • Email vote@boe.nyc.ny.us and receive a response with the location.
  • Polling sites will be open from 6a.m. to 9p.m., so squeeze in some time before or after the workday!
