After a spread in Elle Decor, a stint as a makeshift hotel for area firefighters, and brief flings on-off-and-back-on the market, Ellen DeGeneres' sprawling equestrian ranch finally found a buyer. The property includes eight cabins, stables and a yoga pavilion, among other resort-like features.

So, what does it take to live like DeGeneres? Try $10.85 million, according to the MLS. (The home was listed by Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby's International). It's a drop from the $16.5 million price tag when it was listed in 2011, and also a reduction from the asking price last month of $12.995 million.
