'America's Got Talent' Finals: Kenichi Ebina Remixes His Audition Performance (VIDEO)

'AGT' Finales: Kenichi Ebina Remixes Audition Performance

After making it all the way to the finals on "America's Got Talent," Kenichi Ebina impressed yet again. With only six remaining finalists, the stakes couldn't be higher. Ebina managed to get the judges and crowd excited with a remix of his very first audition performance.

He added new elements, like laser lights, and even a few new tricks, like a rather disturbing arm-twisting sequence. He also tackled a more complex video routine later in the show, where he danced in unison with eight versions of himself.

Heidi Klum was over the moon, calling Kenichi's performance her "most favorite" act of the entire season. Mel B echoed the enthusiasm, calling Kenichi a "genius." Howie Mandel's word of choice was "brilliant," while Howard Stern told the audience that Kenichi absolutely deserved to win the whole competition.

That's right where Hollywood Life's Avery Thompson put him, atop the rankings for the week. She dubbed him "one of a kind." Over at Buddy TV, though, Ted Kindig said he enjoyed Kenichi's prior performances better. That said, though, he still called it "a lovely, almost sentimental endpoint for his wildly innovative time on the show.”

"America's Got Talent" crowns its Season 8 winner Wednesday, September 18 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
