Julianne Hough tried it out at the 2013 Emmys in a seafoam green Jenny Packham dress. The 25-year-old actress and dancer's super sheer look stole the spotlight from her Emmy-nominated brother Derek. However, it was a disappointing attempt at being ultra-sexy that failed along with her textured bob hairstyle.
