Miley Cyrus' Foam Finger Has Roots In Her 'Hannah Montana' Days

It's been exactly a month since the MTV VMAs and there is still chatter about Miley Cyrus' performance, which among other things included dry-humping a foam finger.

But the foam finger, which was apparently degraded according to its inventor, isn't just a prop from Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" video. Oh no. The foam finger, it turns out, has much deeper roots for Cyrus.

Early Wednesday morning, the singer posted a Vine video to Twitter that was directed at Jason Earles, the actor who played her brother on "Hannah Montana," and proved just how far back she and that foam finger go:

@MileyCyrus: @DukeofEarles "OH I KNOW!" 👆👆👆 https://t.co/ghoyhaQPLa” the funniest thing I have ever seen! Lol. FYI u r a genius miles
