Lawrence O'Donnell introduced a new feature called "Pinheads and White House Correspondents" on Thursday's "Last Word."

The segment, inspired by Bill O'Reilly's "Pinheads and Patriots," was provoked by Ed Henry's clash with Jay Carney at Wednesday's White House press briefing. Henry had asked Carney if he was going to enroll in Obamacare.

"That question could not possibly be more ignorant," O'Donnell alleged, adding, "Obamacare was not designed to deliver health care, health insurance to people like Jay Carney for reasons that Ed Henry apparently does not understand."

"There is not one person on the Fox News payroll who understands anything about Obamacare... knowing that would involve doing just the tiniest homework and the tiniest amount of actual thinking," the MSNBC host said, before wondering if Henry was a "pinhead" or a "liar."
