Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Warns Obama: 'Flip-Flop' Threatens Trust

"President Obama needs consistency to promote mutual confidence," Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a tweet.

"Flip-flop destroys trust and undermines US credibility."
