Katherine Heigl, Nancy Heigl Go For Stroll In New York

Katherine Heigl went for a stroll in New York Thursday afternoon, channeling her inner country girl in an outfit made up of a black skirt, black boots and a casual checkered button-down shirt.

The 34-year-old actress was also accompanied by her tiny dog and mom/manager, Nancy Heigl, who recently came under fire (along with her famous daughter) in a scathing Hollywood Reporter article accusing the Heigls of being difficult and "not worth it" to work with.

"I have never experienced anything like Nancy Heigl," one source for the publication said. "It's about the mouth. 'F--- you. You are a f---ing liar.' ... Whatever you'd say, you were an idiot. The call would be, 'This is the worst craft service we've ever had! There's nothing to eat! This is the worst wardrobe!' You knew that ever day, you were going to get slammed. The frustrating part is [Heigl] is incredibly talented and smart."
