'The Good Wife': Diane Vs. Lockhart/Gardner In 'A Precious Commodity' (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)

$#*! Hits The Fan On 'The Good Wife'

It's not a good time to be Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) on "The Good Wife." The character tried to secure her Illinois Supreme Court seat on the most recent episode, but according to the players behind the scenes, she could only do that by trashing Will (Josh Charles) in an interview. She did and now, well, it's not looking great for Diane.

In the exclusive preview above, Will makes moves to get Diane out of the law firm, but Diane doesn't back down.

"This is my firm," Diane growls in the preview above.

"It was your firm," Will fires back.

"Then get the security guards. Carry me out," she says.

All this is happening as Alicia (Julianna Margulies) plans her exit from the firm with Cary (Matt Czuchry) and the fourth year associates. Check out the official episode description below.

"A Precious Commodity"-- Alicia represents a surrogate mother who is going against the wishes of the biological parents, but arguments inside the firm threaten to overshadow any in court as Diane’s (Christine Baranski) Supreme Court candidacy puts her at odds with Will, on THE GOOD WIFE, Sunday, Oct 13 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
