A bomb scare at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) has reportedly halted departures from the airport's Terminal 2.

NBC Los Angeles first reported in a tweet on Sunday night that a possible "small explosion" had occurred at the airport:

The same NBC outlet later reported that the LAPD bomb squad responded to a "possible dry ice bomb":

ABC7 in Los Angeles described the reported restroom explosion as coming from "dry ice in bottle" and explained that there were no injuries from the incident. In the tweet, ABC7 reported that outgoing flights from Terminal 2 have been halted.
