Phoenix Coyotes goaltender Mike Smith scored his first NHL goal on Saturday during a game against the Red Wings. In the final seconds of the game, Smith flicked the puck out of his crease and fired it into an empty net. It was the 11th goal scored by a goalie in NHL history, per ESPN Stats & Info.
