Shirtless Men Burgling Elementary School Make One Big Mistake

The two shirtless men who burgled a D.C. elementary school earlier this month made one big bungle.

See if you can figure out what it is in this video, released by D.C. police, showing the two men moving from classroom to classroom with their torsos bared, but their heads and faces concealed.

An increasing prevalence of computers in schools naturally leads to an increase in the theft of these small, lightweight electronic devices that can sometimes be tracked down on Craigslist.

And indeed, NBC Washington notes that this latest incident -- which took place on Oct. 6, during a PTA meeting at the the Maury Elementary School -- is the third time in less than a year that computers have been snatched from D.C. schools.

Having reviewed the previous surveillance tapes, we can say for sure that it's the first time this year the marauders have been so scantily dressed during their criminal misadventures. Though none of the others were as well-concealed as this guy who recently broke into a liquor store:
