Katy Perry Celebrates B-Day, 'Roars' At Colorado High School

Katy Perry celebrated her 29th birthday with a roar performing a private concert for Lakewood High School students in Lakewood, Colo. on Friday morning.

Dressed in a Lakewood Tigers cheerleading outfit, Perry performed her hit "Roar," her new single "Walking on Air" and her classic hit "Firework" for the Colorado students.

Perry tweeted this shot of all the excited Lakewood Tigers' this morning; about 2,700 students and faculty were in attendance:

Earlier this month, Katy Perry selected Lakewood High School as the winners of her "Roar" lip dub contest herself. Around 2,000 Tigers joined forces when they performed an incredible, one-shot take lip dub of "Roar" that won Perry's contest. While giving a tour of their school, they managed to squeeze in everyone from the lacrosse team to the bridge club (balloons and confetti included). Watch their winning video below:
