Although he would have rather been in Boston playing in the World Series, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig still managed to have some fun on the diamond this week. Rather than patrolling right field at Fenway, the 22-year-old turned up at a Little League practice near Dodger Stadium and threw batting practice.

As first reported by TMZ Sports, Puig joined the eight-year-old kids on the Texas Rangers of Northeast Los Angeles Little League on Tuesday.

"We were just practicing with my team, and then my coach was like, "It's Puig," Daniel Vegara, a coach's son, said in a video of the practice uploaded to YouTube, via NBC Los Angeles. "We all jumped the fence and he told us he wanted to pitch against us."
